Website access and feedback

Bropool Website Accessibility Statement

Bropool aims to make its English business website practical for visitors using different screen sizes, browsers, keyboards and assistive technologies. This statement explains the design practices used, where barriers may remain and how to request another way to access information.

Intent

What Bropool is working toward

The website should help a visitor understand product routes, compare options, find support information and contact Bropool without depending on one input method or screen size. Pages are prepared with a clear main heading, logical section order, readable text, meaningful link labels and layouts that adapt from desktop to mobile.

This is continuing work across page content, navigation, forms and downloadable material. This statement does not claim a particular WCAG conformance level or that every page, file or external feature is free of barriers. It describes practical measures and a route for reporting an access problem so the affected task can be reviewed.

Page practices

Design and content practices

Bropool pages aim to use semantic headings, keyboard-operable links and controls, visible focus, sufficient text contrast, descriptive alternatives for meaningful images and empty alternatives for decoration. Responsive layouts should avoid requiring horizontal scrolling for ordinary page content. Instructions should identify what a form needs, and validation feedback should help a visitor find information that must be corrected.

  • Headings describe the content that follows and maintain a useful reading order.
  • Links use descriptive wording so their destination can be understood in context.
  • Text remains available when a product photograph cannot be perceived.
  • Motion should respect reduced-motion preferences when movement is used.
  • Tables and documents require their own structure and reading-order review.

Known limitations

Where barriers may remain

Older manuals, certificates, brochures or other documents can contain scanned pages, complex tables or reading orders that work poorly with some assistive technologies. Video or audio may not always have the text alternative a particular visitor needs. A third-party feature can also have keyboard, labelling or contrast behaviour that Bropool cannot change directly.

Product specifications sometimes use dense tables, abbreviations and model-specific units. Mobile zoom, translation tools and browser overrides can alter their presentation. If any of these conditions prevents you from completing a task, report the exact page or file and the information you were trying to obtain. Bropool can then review the affected item rather than asking you to describe a general accessibility issue.

Alternative access

Request information in another form

If a page, table or file is difficult to use, ask for the essential information through email, WhatsApp or the Contact page. Tell Bropool which product, model, document or website address is involved and what format or action would let you continue. Examples include a plain-text explanation, a clearer table, a description of an image or assistance completing an enquiry.

Availability depends on the material requested and the work required to prepare an alternative. The request should not require you to disclose a diagnosis. A short explanation of the barrier, device or assistive technology can help reproduce the problem, but include only details you are comfortable sharing.

Feedback

How to report an access barrier

Send the website address or file name, the task you were trying to complete, what happened and the alternative you need. If relevant, add the browser, device and assistive technology used. Screenshots can be useful when they do not expose private account or project information.

Bropool can acknowledge the report, identify whether the issue is in site content or an external feature, and communicate a practical next step. A report may lead to a content correction, a technical review or a direct response with the requested information. Complex document or third-party issues can require additional investigation.
