Base model, materials and construction

Choose a compatible sauna, cold plunge or hot tub platform first. Bropool can then review model-appropriate dimensions, wood routes, exterior treatment, glazing, doors, interior layout and other construction details. The OEM sauna manufacturer records the approved material and construction route against the chosen model.

Match components to how the product will be used

Sauna heating systems, cold plunge cooling layouts and hot tub heating methods are different product decisions. Controls, electrical versions, ventilation, drainage, service access and installation conditions must be reviewed with the selected model and destination market. The OEM sauna manufacturer keeps component choices tied to the applicable product platform.

Apply the Brand to the Approved Product Revision

After the base model and configuration are reviewed, the program can move to logo application, product labels, interface graphics, manuals, carton information and packaging presentation. Artwork, destination market and required product information must stay aligned with the final model revision. The OEM sauna manufacturer then checks that the physical product, label set and buyer files refer to the same revision.

Catalog options are not automatically standard supply. Bropool confirms included components, finishes, documents and packaging items in the written quotation.

Manufacturing & packing review

Approve the Product, Artwork and Packing Before Production

Drawings, artwork, labels, manuals and packing requirements must refer to the same approved product revision. Bropool uses that revision for production, inspection and packing.

Model-specific documentation is reviewed for the applicable product, configuration and destination market.

OEM Questions Before Requesting a Quote

What can be customized in an OEM sauna program?

Depending on the base model, the review can include wood, dimensions, exterior finish, glazing, doors, heating system, controllers, lighting, branding, manuals and packaging.

Can every catalog option be combined with every sauna?

No. Catalog options are reviewable choices, but compatibility and standard or optional supply must be confirmed for the selected base model.

Does red lighting make a sauna an infrared model?

No. Heating classification comes from the heater or infrared-panel system. Lighting and red-light panels are separate options.

What should a private-label brief include?

Share the target market, buyer type, product family, preferred base model, use case, configuration, estimated program timing, artwork needs, packaging needs and required documentation.
