Bropool Product Manuals and Technical Documents

Request Bropool product manuals by exact model, controller or component, electrical configuration, language, destination and the task you need to complete.

A manual that looks similar may describe a different control interface, heater, chiller, connection arrangement or electrical rating. For that reason, Bropool uses a request route instead of presenting every file as an unrestricted download. Send the identifiers below and state whether the document is for procurement, site preparation, installation, operation, maintenance or service.

Responsible organization: Bropool. Prepared and reviewed by Bropool for model-specific document requests. The exact model, controller or component, electrical configuration, language and destination determine the applicable file.

Choose by task

Ask for the document that supports the next decision

Describe the task rather than sending a broad request for “all files.” This helps the team identify the relevant document and revision.

Operation or user manual

For normal controls, startup, shutdown, routine use and user-facing care information tied to the supplied model and functions.

Pre-installation information

For access, base, clearances, power, ventilation, water, drainage, service space and responsibilities before delivery or installation.

Technical or connection record

For a qualified installer or service professional who needs model-specific ratings, interfaces or component identification.

Parts or service reference

For identifying a supplied component or reporting a replacement need. Include photographs and the original order reference.

Destination document

For procurement teams confirming which declarations or supporting documents are available for the quoted model and market.

Packaging or handling information

For logistics, receiving and storage planning when the supplied packing route, package dimensions or handling method needs clarification.

Match the product

Start with a complete view, then add the identifying details

Product families can contain different sizes, control systems, heating or cooling routes and destination configurations. A complete photograph shows the general format; the model label, controller and order record identify the version that matters for the document request.

If the label cannot be read, send one clear full-product photograph and several focused label images. Do not guess a model from cabinet shape or finish alone.

Request information

Include these details in the first message

The more accurately the equipment is identified, the easier it is to return the relevant file without a second round of basic questions.

  • Company and contact name
  • Order, invoice or quotation reference
  • Product family and exact model
  • Rating-label photograph
  • Controller or component photograph
  • Electrical configuration shown on the label
  • Country and installation destination
  • Required language
  • Document type and intended task
  • Any deadline connected with the project

For a new RFQ, request documents through the quotation route so the model, destination and required files remain part of the same commercial brief. For delivered equipment, use the original order reference whenever possible.

Use the right revision

Check the document against the product before following it

When a file arrives, compare its product name, model, controller or component, electrical information, language and revision with the supplied equipment. A filename is only a quick reference; the identification inside the document and on the product controls whether it is suitable for the task.

Keep the file with the order and installation records. If the product, controller, heater, chiller or electrical configuration changes, ask whether the document set also changes. Site designers, installers and operators should work from the same confirmed model information so a drawing, manual and quotation do not describe different versions.

Installation, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, combustion and structural work should be carried out by appropriately qualified people in accordance with local requirements and the project’s written responsibilities. If any instruction conflicts with the product label or actual configuration, stop and request clarification before proceeding.

Share with purpose

Give each project participant the document they need

A useful handover connects each file with a person, a task and the identified product. This keeps procurement, site preparation and operation aligned.

Common questions

Product manual and document questions

Why is there no single download for every Bropool manual?

Products that look similar can use different controllers, components or electrical configurations. Matching the request to the exact model and destination reduces the risk of using an unrelated file.

Can I request a manual before placing an order?

Yes, when a model has been shortlisted. Use the RFQ reference and state the destination and task. Some documents may depend on the final configuration selected for quotation.

What if I only know the product family?

Send full-product, rating-label and controller photographs together with the approximate purchase date, destination and company name. Bropool can ask for the next identifier needed to narrow the model.

Can a distributor request a different language?

State the required language, market, model and intended use. Bropool can confirm what file is currently available and whether a project-specific language request needs separate discussion.

Should I use an older manual for a similar model?

Do not assume it applies. Compare the model, controller, component and electrical information, then request the relevant revision if any detail differs from the supplied product.

Request a current file

Send the exact model and the task the document must support

Include the order or quotation reference, rating-label and controller photographs, electrical configuration, destination, language and requested document type.

Project enquiry

Send the model, order context and question for review.

Share the company, destination, product direction and decision you need Bropool to review. The team will use the selected page and your message as the starting context.
