Website, enquiries and quotations
Terms of Website Use & Enquiry
These Bropool website terms explain how business visitors may use product information, send an enquiry and interpret a later quotation. They help buyers separate early website guidance from the written records that define an actual project.
Scope
What these terms cover
These terms apply when you browse the Bropool website, download material made available through it, contact Bropool, request information or submit a quotation enquiry. The site is intended for business sourcing and project discussion. It can introduce product families, example configurations, manufacturing capabilities, buyer guides and support routes.
Website content does not by itself approve a product for a particular installation, market or use. It also does not create an order, reserve production capacity, guarantee availability or confirm a delivery date. A visitor should use the site to identify the right discussion, then obtain the written product and commercial records relevant to the proposed transaction.
Product context
Using product information responsibly
Product photographs, diagrams, dimensions, features and descriptions may show a model, an option, an illustrative setting or a representative configuration. Products and supporting documents can change by model revision, destination market, power supply, site condition and agreed customisation. Confirm the current quoted specification instead of relying on a photograph or an older downloaded file.
You remain responsible for providing accurate project inputs and arranging any professional review required for the intended site. Building conditions, electrical supply, water services, drainage, ventilation, access, local approvals and operating practices are project matters. Website information can help prepare questions, but it is not a substitute for site-specific design, installation or regulatory advice.
Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry
An enquiry should describe the buyer, destination, product route and intended application clearly enough for Bropool to review the request. Useful details can include company name, estimated quantity, target configuration, branding scope, site services, document needs and timing. You confirm that you are permitted to submit the information and files included in the message.
Sending a form, email or WhatsApp message asks Bropool to review the request. It does not require Bropool to quote, accept a project or hold a price. A system page opened directly does not prove that a form was received; where a form supplies a BRP reference, keep that reference with the conversation. Avoid sending payment-card details, passwords or unrelated personal records through an enquiry route.
Commercial records
How to read a quotation
A written quotation should identify the product or configuration, quantity, included scope, exclusions, commercial terms and any stated validity. Related specification sheets, drawings, samples, approvals and transaction records may add detail. If website wording and a later approved written record differ, ask Bropool to resolve the difference before placing an order.
Prices, minimum quantities, production timing, shipping arrangements and document availability are project-specific unless the quotation states otherwise. A quotation can remain subject to clarification, technical review, material availability and the buyer's acceptance of its stated terms. Changes requested after a quotation may require a revised record. Only the records agreed for the transaction define what Bropool is expected to supply.
Visitor conduct
Acceptable website use
You may use public pages for legitimate product research, sourcing review and business communication. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass access controls, test security without permission, submit unlawful or deceptive material, impersonate another person or business, or use automated activity in a way that harms availability for other visitors.
Do not upload malicious code or material that violates another party's rights. Bropool may limit access, decline a request or preserve relevant technical records when reasonably needed to protect the website, its users or enquiry channels. If you notice a security or availability issue, report the affected page and observed behaviour through the published contact route.
Content use
Website content and permitted reuse
Bropool website text, photographs, graphics, product presentation and downloadable material may be protected by intellectual-property rights. You may view and share a normal link to a public page for business evaluation. Reproducing, removing attribution from, selling, republishing or using substantial website material to present another business's products requires appropriate permission.
Brand names and product references belonging to other parties remain associated with their respective rights holders. If the site links to an external page, that link is supplied for context and does not make Bropool responsible for controlling that page's availability, content or privacy practices. Review the current terms and information shown by the external destination before relying on it.
Questions and next steps
Clarify the record before you proceed
If a website statement matters to a sourcing decision, include the page, product reference and question in your message. Bropool can then identify the current specification or quotation record. Privacy questions are explained separately in the Privacy Policy.
