1. Dry steam room
The dry steam room is equipped with electric heating equipment. The sauna stove is equipped with a sauna stone, which is watered to directly heat the electrical energy and release heat, causing the indoor temperature to rise and making people sweat profusely. The temperature of dry steam is higher than that of wet steam, up to around 100 ℃ Dry steam is not affected by moisture, especially suitable for rheumatic patients, and there is no steam smell, so steaming the nose will be more comfortable. But after steaming, the skin will become dry.
2. Sweating room
A sweating room is a place where water is boiled to produce steam, which is then passed through a pipeline and contains a large amount of water. The temperature is generally controlled around 50 degrees. Most women choose to sweat because after steaming, their skin becomes more ruddy than before. Sweating room is a type of sauna that belongs to passive movement.
The difference between a dry room and a sweat room is that sweat vapor expands pores and expels toxins through contact with the skin, thereby promoting blood circulation and metabolism, and achieving the goal of fitness and beauty. Dry steam does not contain water, nor does it taste like steam.
