　　3. Turn on the temperature control key of the wall heating system in the sweat steam room and check the temperature control display. The temperature difference should be kept between 38-43 degrees;

　　4. When the room temperature reaches around 38 ℃, you can enter the indoor steam room;

　　5. The optimal temperature for the steam room is between 38 ℃ and 43 ℃;

　　6. Sweating time is 40-60 minutes.
