In today's society, the pace of work and life is very fast. In order to better release their body and emotions, as well as for their own physical health, many people will go to sauna in their leisure activities. With the continuous progress of social life and people's yearning for a comfortable life, saunas have become increasingly closely related to our daily lives, and even many villa saunas have emerged to facilitate us. Next, the editor will introduce the classification of villa saunas for you.
Classification of Villa Sauna Rooms
Villa saunas are usually divided into dry steam rooms and wet steam rooms. Dry steam rooms are commonly referred to as actual saunas, while steam rooms are wet steam rooms.
1. Dry steaming. It is the use of electric heating facilities (such as carbon crystal heating plates, ceramic heaters, etc.) that can directly heat up and release heat energy, causing the temperature in the sauna to rise and causing a lot of sweating. The temperature of dry steaming is higher than that of wet steaming, with a maximum temperature of around 100 ℃. The dry steaming room is particularly suitable for rheumatic patients due to its low moisture content. At the same time, it does not have the smell of steam, making it relatively comfortable to steam in the nose and not suffocating to breathe. However, after steaming, the skin will become dry and irritable, so it is necessary to drink more hot water before and during the process of steaming.
2. Wet steaming. The wet steaming in the villa sauna uses a steam pot to boil water to create steam, which is then sprayed out through a pipeline to create steam with sufficient moisture content. The temperature is usually controlled around 50 ℃. Female friends often choose wet steaming, because after steaming, the skin will be more rosy and hydrated than before, but there will be discomfort such as suffocation when breathing. Wet steaming also causes the human body to sweat a lot, so it is important to replenish water in a timely manner before and during the process of wet steaming.
